Kelle brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to her role as Executive Assistant, drawing on a career rooted in evaluation, organization, and service. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami and spent years helping children reach their highest potential in movement, development, and independence.

Her ability to assess complex situations, connect the dots, and bring structure to dynamic environments made for a natural transition into the world of executive support. For the past four and a half years, Kelle has applied her skills to anticipate needs, align priorities, and ensure seamless execution across multiple moving parts, all with a calm, confident presence.

Faith, family, and friends are at the heart of Kelle’s life. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and bike riding.
